Yes — the Dallas Ergonomic Chair arrives fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box. No tools required. We also offer professional delivery and assembly across Brisbane and Queensland if you’d prefer our team to set it up for you.

Is this chair suitable for taller people or those over 6 ft?

The Dallas has a back height range of 1050–1150mm from the ground and a seat height range of 430–530mm, which suits most people up to around 6’2″ (188cm) comfortably. If you’re taller or unsure, call us on 07 3393 9733 and our team can advise the best fit for your height.

What is the weight capacity?

The Dallas Ergonomic Chair is rated to support users up to 140kg. It’s built with a sturdy nylon frame and arch base designed for all-day durability under regular commercial use.

What does the 7-year warranty cover?

The 7-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship across the frame, mechanism, and castors under normal office use. If you experience any issues, contact us directly and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.

Can I try the chair before buying?

Absolutely. We have a showroom at 948 Logan Road, Holland Park QLD 4121, open Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm. We recommend trying any ergonomic chair in person before committing — bring your measurements and our team can help you find the right fit.

How do I adjust the lumbar support?

Do you deliver outside Brisbane?
