FAQs

How many chairs should I allow for a meeting or boardroom table?
A general guide is to allow 600–750mm per person along the table edge. For example:
• A 2400mm table seats around 6–8 people
• Larger boardroom tables can seat 10+
Always ensure there is enough space between chairs for comfort.

What should I look for in meeting room chairs?
Meeting room chairs should balance comfort and practicality. Look for:
• Ergonomic support for longer meetings
• Stackable or lightweight designs for flexibility
• Durable, easy-to-clean materials
Armrests can add comfort but may limit how many chairs fit around a table.
